Several 1 Dreamers have said their farewells to their San Luis Obispo families and are now at their schools. Georges Massoda has arrived in Winston Salem, North Carolina and will be attending Forsyth Country Day School. Jonathan Velez has arrived in the Washington D.C. area and will be attending Seneca Valley High School. Marc Bourgault is back in France and is awaiting his I20 from his new high school. Several other Dreamers will be heading out to their schools in the weeks to come.
1 DREAM FINISHES SUMMER WITH A WIN July 30, 2008
The 1 Dreamers finished the summer off right, with a convincing win over the OC Pride in the final game of the Pangos End of the Trail. The win gives the Dreamers a final record of 18-16 for the summer.

The summer is almost over for the 1 Dreamers as they head to Los Angeles for the Pangos End of the Trail Classic. 1 Dream International will open up the tournament at 1:30pm vs. Branch West while 1 Dream California plays at 2:40 vs. Oakland Rebels. 1 DREAM SEES TEAM USA July 25, 2008
All twenty members of the 1 Dream Teams attended the TEAM USA vs. CANADA basketball game at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of UNLV. For the international players it was a dream come true to see the stars that they had only seen on TV. Highlights of the game were photos with NBA greats Dominique Wilkins and Clyde Drexler along with Adam Hajer getting Kobe Bryant's autograph.
1 DREAM INTERNATIONAL PULLS OUT CLOSE VICTORY July 25, 2008
1 Dream International finished up their Las Vegas trip with a hard fought 3 point victory over Urban DFW (Texas). Ibrahim Salih had a monster game with 12 points and 17 rebounds for the Dreamers. 1 Dream International finished 1-3 on the trip with a 3 point loss to Wisconsin Next Level, a 6 point loss to Kris Weems Academy and a 4 point loss to Boise Flight.
1 DREAM CALIFORNIA WINS FIRST TWO GAMES IN VEGAS July 23, 2008
1 Dream California is off to a great start in Las Vegas winning their first two games by an average of 14 points. Robbie Souza has led the way with 13 ppg. New addition Brandon Madden has added 12ppg and played a solid point guard for the Dreamers. 1 Dream California takes on the New Jersey Bulls on Wednesday at 4:30pm.
1 DREAMERS (INTERNATIONAL) DROP TWO TOUGH ONES July 22, 2008
Day one of the West Coast AAU Championships saw the 1 Dreamers drop two close contests falling to Boise Flight by 4 points and to the Kris Weems Academy 6 points. Playing two teams with a high basketball IQ, the 1 Dreamers played good in stretches but couldn't put four quality quarters together. Play resumes on Wednesday with a 5:50pm game vs. Wisconsin Next Level Select.
COLLEGE COACHES IMPRESSED WITH 1 DREAMERS July 17, 2008
Head Coach Mark Berokoff and Director Tom Mott spent most of Thursday talking with dozens of college coaches who watched the 1 Dreamers play this past weekend in Los Angeles. Coaches from the Pac-10, Big 12, Big East, Conference USA, Big West, West Coast Conference, Ivy League and several others have inquired about several of the 1 Dreamers. The 1 Dreamers figure to have quite the following during their next two tournaments in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

1 DREAM FINISHES STRONG AT CUESTA LEAGUE July 16, 2008
The 1 Dreamers finished the Cuesta Summer League with lopsided victories over Atascadero and Mission Prep. Playing the best basketball of the summer, the 1 Dreamers showed tremendous improvements during the 4 week summer league. The rim was nearly torn off of the backboard as there were six dunks in the two games, two by Robbie Souza, and one apiece for Jonathan Velez, Dame Ka, Francisco Luano and Ibrahim Salih.
1 DREAM GOES 3-1 AT PANGOS CREAM OF THE CROP July 15, 2008
The 1 Dreamers emerged from their first big tournament with a 3-1 record and a new found confidence. Playing in front of dozens of college coaches, the 1 Dream International team showed great signs of improvements and the ability to compete with any team in the country. Francisco Luano averaged 19 points during the tournament and got to the line consistently with nearly 11 attempts per game. Ibrahim Salih led the Dreamers on the boards with 12 rebounds per game. Frenchman, Marc Bourgault made his debut and although he didn't shoot it as well as he can, he still averaged 9 points per game and impressed many college coaches with his two handed dunk in traffic. The 1 Dreamers added San Luis Obispo HS point guard Julian Demalleville to the mix this weekend and Julian did a great job running the show. Big Georges Massoda had a very impressive debut as well, averaging 11 points per game and shooting over 70% from the field.
FRENCHMAN MARC BOURGAULT SET TO ARRIVE July 10, 2008
Marc Bourgault is set to arrive in Los Angeles on July 11th. Bourgault is a 6'5" combo guard who will make his debut at the Pangos Cream of the Crop Tournament which begins on July 14th.
SALIH'S TWO DUNKS LEAD 1 DREAMERS July 7, 2008
Ibrahim Salih had two big dunks to help lead the 1 Dreamers to a Cuesta League victory over Paso Robles. Salih finished with 14 points and 12 rebounds to lead the team in both categories. Salih has been the most consistent performer this summer with his non-stop high energy performances each and every night.

Celebrating a holiday they previously knew nothing about, the 1 Dreamers enjoyed a great BBQ and fireworks show at the Collins home in Paso Robles. Special thanks to Kathy, Mandi and Carter Collins for their hospitality at their ranch in the vineyards. Bebe Vargas found a new friend in Tucker, the golden lab, as Tucker was given more cupcakes and tri-tip than ever before.

The 1 Dream Foundation will feature two teams for the July recruiting period. 1 DREAM INTERNATIONAL and 1 DREAM CALIFORNIA will travel to three NCAA Certified events in July; July 14-15 at the Full Court Press Cream of the Crop in Los Angeles, July 22-25 at the Jam On It West Coast AAU in Las Vegas and July 28-30 at the Full Court Press End of Trail in Los Angeles. Mark Williams will coach the 1 DREAM CALIFORNIA team while Mark Berokoff will continue to coach the 1 DREAM INTERNATIONAL squad.
